Two-part, high grade, hard wearing polyurethane wall coating for use in areas where hygiene is paramount.
It is ideal where a seamless finish is required. ALLCOAT Hygienic Wall Coating has good resistance to impact abrasion and trafficking. The system is resistant to high temperatures up to 150°C. Slight discolouration may occur at extreme temperatures.

ALLCOAT Hygienic Wall Coating Satin – For general usage produced as a semi gloss finish
ALLCOAT Hygienic Wall Coating Matt – Matt finish grade of Chemical Resistant Wall Coating produced as a two pack product.
Preparation
All surfaces to be coated with ALLCOAT Hygienic Wall Coating should be clean, dry and free from oil, grease etc.
Priming
Apply onto the properly prepared surface a coat of ALLCOAT WB Primer.
Mixing & Application
Mix the base and hardener thoroughly together, ideally by slow speed mechanical mixer, scraping all loose material with a knife from the sides and base of the container to ensure a complete mix is obtained. Apply by brush, roller or spray. When dry and within a maximum period of 18 hours after drying, apply the second or subsequent coat of ALLCOAT Hygienic Wall Coating. Due to the pot life of ALLCOAT Hygienic Wall Coating the whole of the material has to be used when mixed within the time period.
