A heavy duty chlorinated rubber paint for line and lane marking on weathered blacktop, brick, paving, wood and particularly concrete.

Appearance Of Dried Film: Matt.

Volume Solids: 50%

Dry Film Thickness: Typical: 150 microns

Theoretical Coverage: 13 M2 per litre (up to 60 metres of 75mm width line per litre at 150microns dft).

Drying Time At 20oC: Touch Dry: 1-2 hours. (Will Vary With Temperature, Air Movement etc.).

Overcoat: 16 hours.

Packaging: 5 litre.

Shelf Life: 1 years or longer in unopened containers when stored under cover in
good storage conditions.

Storage: Under cover within temperature range of 5°C to 32°C.

Surface Preparation: Ensure that surface to be coated is dry and free from oil, dust, road salts and other contaminants before application is commenced.
Check compatibility with newly applied asphalt surfaces, synthetic all-weather sports surfaces and thermoplastic line marking materials before over-coating this type of substrate. Do not apply at temperatures below 1o°C or where condensing conditions are

Application: Stir thoroughly before use. Apply by brush, roller, airless, conventional spray, preferably by lining machine. Do not thin the coating as line definition and film build might be affected. If thinning is essential, a maximum 10% addition of R30 Thinner may be added. Ballotini beads may be added to the wet film surface, immediately
after application, if added reflectance is required. A ballotini application rate of 400g per M2 is recommended.
Small area’s can be applied by brush, use a well loaded brush but do not attempt to brush out the coating, or alternatively use Allcoat Line Marking Paint.

Overcoating: Should a second coat be required, this should be applied after a
minimum drying time of 16 hours has elapsed.

Clean-Up: Allcoat Thinner R30.
