Surface Preparation: Ensure that the surface to be coated is dry and free from oil, dust, road salts and other contaminants before application is commenced. Check compatibility with synthetic all-weather sports surfaces and thermoplastic line marking materials before over-coating this type of substrate. Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C or where rain, snow or frost is expected.
Application: Stir thoroughly before use. Apply by airless or conventional line marking equipment, do not thin the coating as line definition and film build might be affected. Ballotini beads may be added to the wet film surface, at the time of application, if added reflectance is required. A ballotini application rate of 400g perM² is recommended. Small area’s can be applied by brush, use a well loaded brush but do not attempt to brush out the coating.
Keep containers tightly sealed when not in use, the material will solidify if lids are not replaced. Clean equipment immediately after use with clean water.
